Chia seeds have so many wonderful health benefits. They are high in omega 3, protein, fibre and contain many other nutrients.

Here is a recipe for a delicious chia pudding that can be had as either a breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • stevia to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix through and store in the fridge overnight.
  3. Add stewed apples, berries, flakes almonds or topping of your choice and enjoy!
