Ingredients:
1/2 cup mixed nuts chopped small (I used almonds, cashews and pecans). Substitute for seeds of doing nut free.
1/2 cup mixed seeds (I used pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and flaxseeds).
2 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup buckwheat flakes (can substitute for oats)
1/2 cup raisins
4 dates chopped up
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
3/4 cup almond butter (for nut free substitute for tahini)
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
In a saucepan over low heat melt together almond butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
Once melted pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into a baking pan and press down firmly.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Slice and enjoy ?
